    Soft washing uses specialized cleaning solutions and controlled low pressure to treat delicate exterior surfaces. Pressure washing relies more heavily on water pressure and is generally reserved for durable surfaces such as concrete. We select the method based on the material and condition of each surface.

  • Is soft washing safe for asphalt shingles?

    When properly performed, soft washing is designed to clean asphalt shingles without the damaging force of high-pressure washing. We evaluate the roof before recommending service and use a low-

    pressure application process appropriate for asphalt shingles.

  • Will you protect my landscaping and exterior fixtures?

    Yes. Before cleaning begins, we identify landscaping, electrical components, furniture, decorations, and other areas requiring attention. We then prepare and protect the property according to the services being performed.

  • Can several WET Services be completed during the same visit?

    Often, yes. Services such as house washing, gutter brightening, concrete cleaning, and underground gutter drain jetting may be combined when scheduling and site conditions allow. Tell us everything you would like evaluated when requesting your estimate.

  • Do I need to be home while the work is completed?

    Not always. As long as our team has access to the necessary work areas and water source, many services can be completed without the property owner present. Any special access instructions or concerns should be discussed before the scheduled visit.

  • Can you remove every stain or discoloration?

    Many stains and types of organic buildup can be significantly reduced or removed, but some permanent staining, oxidation, surface damage, or material deterioration may remain. We will identify visible concerns and set realistic expectations before work begins whenever possible.

  • What is steam ice-dam removal?

    Steam ice-dam removal is the safest method available for protecting asphalt shingles during winter ice buildup. It uses gentle, heated, low-pressure steam to safely melt and release ice without any chopping, hammering, scraping, or force that could damage your roof. This controlled process is specifically designed to be completely non-invasive to shingles, making it the most roof-friendly and safest option for ice-dam removal. Availability is weather-dependent and may be prioritized according to urgency and

    crew scheduling.

  • What types of underground drains do you clean?

    We service underground drain lines connected to gutter and downspout systems. Our jetting service is not intended for interior plumbing, sanitary sewer lines, septic systems, or household drains.
